Q: How is this possible?
A: Companies want to reach new customers and it's also a great way to further build op brand recognition.
Q: What happens after buying the deal?
A: After purchasing the deal you will get an e-mail with further instructions. Usually a download will be available from our website.
Q: How often will I be billed?
A: You will only be charged once for each order you make. No hidden monthly fees.
Q: How long before I can download the extensions?
A: You get access to all extensions in the bundle right after the payment is processed.
Q: I need help with my extension and [...], can you help me?
A: Plundor is only reselling the extension. We don’t have extensive knowledge of the product itself. For help with installation, support or any custom work we need to refer you to the developer/ supplier of the extension as can be found in your account download section.
Q: Will I be eligible for extension updates?
A: That depends on the extension license. Please check the description details of the extension.
